Feel free to book directly with the hotel as soon as you wish,
following the guidelines in the post below.
The Crowne Plaza have contacted me and suggested we use their "Book early and Save Rate" which is only availiable by calling them direct on 0121-224-5018 and quoting "Book Early & Save". At present this rate is £69.69 per room per night without Breakfast which is about £10 cheaper than their normal "Advance" internet rate. This rate is liable to change so early booking is advised.
