To my husband Robert REENS,who was born in AMSTERDAM,23.6.1936,his father Abraham was Jewish and mother Gertrude Dutch.Robert and his sister survived the war as their mother was a nursing sister in the Central Zikenhouse .The family had to wear the yellow star.Father was in hiding and is still alive.His son suffered mental trauma and starvation.Married in England but died in 1959.Our daughter was born 7 months later.Rest in Peace ,loving wife Rosemary and Heather Juliana .xxxx |
