It was a sad day when i was told about the death off sammy who like myself served in the Royal Scots Greys . Sam was only 56 years of age .Everybody who knew him like me will always remember our army mate.Sammy remember

I had just received a e/mail from Davie Edgars son to say that Davie died in 1996 . David was a Cpl in the Royal Scots Greys MT Troop. He played in the Troop when we won the Pigot Moodie Cup .ME and my brother in law Neil McSkeane . Davie like the rest off us ( Once A grey Always A Grey ) Goodnight pal we all loved your company ..
