Walter Francis (Frank) Shore
|
June 1875 To 6 December 1916 |
| Saharanpur Uttaranchal India |
Lt. Col WF Shore, AVC, my grandfather, died in 1916 in WW1. He was a vet, trained at Edinburgh, and was I/C horse and mule supply for the Indian Army: no small feat, for a horse-drawn army..... used to travel extensively, especially to Oz, to buy horses: what a job! |
