06 June 1919 To June 1941 |
| Coventry Warwickshire United Kingdom |
This is a memorial to a man I didnt know. The dates of his birth and death are approximate. He was the best frien d of my father in law who is 91 years old,I believe Jack would have been the same. He was a rear gunner in the RAF and was killed over Egypt around 1940/41.My F.I.Law and me speak of him very often and I feel that I know him,as friends before the war they used to drive up into Derbyshire on their motor bikes to visit relatives, they had many adventures en route.Jack and John both lived in Coventry,I think it was in the Bell Green area .Perhaps someone remembers him. His name was Jack Handley .His friends name is John Adams |
