John Condon of Waterford ,Ireland at the age of 14 years was the youngest soldier to die in action in WW1.Buried in Polecapapel Cemetery.He is fondly remembered by his family and his grave is seldom without visitors or flowers despite the tribulations endured in Ireland since this boy gave his life so that others may live in freedom. |
