This is in tribute to my best friend in the RAF and also my Mentor who was responsible for my later career in Civil Aviation because he taught me all he knew about Aircraft Electrics and later when we were
demobed encouraged me to join him in Civil Aviation work
Cpl Phil Patience was a Veteran of WW2 and served with distinction
in North Africa and later Italy He was a Great Guy to be with, always cheerlull I would also like to mention his Wife Jean, who was a lovely lady who I remained friends with and thier son Richard.
Sadly, Jean passed away last April
