Len Acres
|
May 1925 To February 1996 |
| Woking Surrey England |
A tribute to my old friend and colleague who I had worked with for many years and whose pleasant and good natured ways made the working days easier. Len served with distinction in the RAF in WW2 and was stationed in Belgium during the famous ’Battle of The Bulge’ when his Airfield came under heavy attack by the Luftwaffe and much damage was
done Fortunatly however , he escaped without injury
Len was definately one of those people who made this World a better place. and Long may he be remembered as such |
