I want to show my appreciation and admiration for my dad and friend Kenny Cook, who served in 34th Regiment, Royal Artillery from 1956-1971. Dedicated and loyal, he loved the Army, it was his life, and sadly he never did manage to get to grips with civvy street.
Regretably I never got to say goodbye to my dad, I miss him very very much, and so wish I could sit down and have a cup of tea with him today, I have so much I want to tell him.
He was one in a squillion, and I hope he has found peace, and if he is on cloud number 9, then cloud number 10 will do for me!
His loving daughter, Nickie |
