Richard was a loving Husband of the late Ivy, father of 2 daughters Gaynor & Jean , Grandad to Scott, Sue, Angela & Alison & great grandad to Ben, Megan, Matthew & Courtney. He died peacefully in hospital after a 2yr battle against throat cancer, he never gave up right until the very end. Even in WW2 he was torpedoed 3 times & held a man for 12hrs in the water saving his life. He will be grately missed. xxxxxx |
