Peter Hargreaves

1938 To 2002
Loch Awe Scotland

Peter Hargreaves was my friend. He fought long and hard against his illness with an attitude of "Why not me", always retaining his very dry and sometimes wicked sense of humour. He was an example to us all and was very proud of his 22 years service in the Royal Military Police. Peter viewed his life as a journey and saw his passing on as another step of that journey. I miss you my friend. "One More Step Along The Road I Go"

Tribute by: Jock Storrie

I had the honour of serving with Pete 1970 - 1972 in Bielefeld. 1BR Corps. We became very close during this period and I will always remember him for his wit and and his ability to help others in their time of need. RIP friend I will always remember you.

Tribute by: Gary Houlton

I had the honour of serving with Pete In Osnabruck. he was both my section sergeant and my friend. We lost contact when I left Osnabruck, Only to meet up in the smallest pub in the country when I was doing my Police traing in Dishforth and Pete was working in Insurance Inv. This man was one in a million and will be sadly missed by anyperso who knew him. R.I.P. Pete

Tribute by: Geordie Taylor
