Thomas Raymond Laybourne
|
To 8 April 1945 |
| Rowlands Gill County Durham England |
Dearly beloved father of twins Douglas and Leonard and husband to Kathleen.
Pte Thomas Raymond Laybourne was killed on the 8th April 1945 probably in the town of Celle on the River Weser, exactly one month before the war in Europe was ended.
He was a signalman with HQ in the 7/9 Battalion Royal Scots.
I believe he was aged 28 when he died. RIP |
