Making A Purchase Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse the online shop by using the category list and click on the "order" button for any items that you wish to purchase. One item will then be automatically added to your basket. If you wish to purchase more than one item you can select to add more items from the numbered drop down box. When you have finished, just click on the "Checkout" button and you will then be prompted for the further information we require to satisfy your order. You may cancel your order at any time, simply putting items into the "basket" is not a commitment to buy. Please note, it will be necessary for someone to sign for the delivery once it arrives.

Should you ever be dissatisfied with the service we provide please e-mail shopping@forcesreunited.org.uk. We will try to resolve any complaint within 2 working days or sooner if possible.



All our items have a grade quality on them.

Grade 2 items are of an average to low quality, they may have marks where badges or other items have been removed, have small tears, holes or marks on them. They are useful for paint balling and painting etc.

Grade 1 items are of an average to high quality used standard, useful for everyday wear.
These should be free of any tears or holes, but they may have small almost unnoticeable repairs or marks on the labels.

Super Grade items are of a high standard and have generally been issued but not used. Some may have been worn a few times but not so as you would notice any wear of the item. These should be unmarked except for possibly the label or a name inside the item. There should be no marks on the exterior of the item.

Unissued items are brand new with no marks.

Footwear may be sold without laces.

Whilst we try our hardest we can not guarantee that the images on our website exactly represent the article e.g. shades of dye.




Shipping And Handling Shipping costs are based on the package weight, cost of registered post if sent by Royal Mail (recorded delivery) plus packaging within the UK.

Shipping for overseas orders will be calculated at the time of placing an order. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure.

We aim to process your order within 2 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), hopefully sooner. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First & Second Class Registered Post, larger items will be shipped by our courier. There may be rare occasions when goods may not be in stock with either us or our suppliers and therefore delivery may take longer than this. Orders placed with us are not an absolute guarantee the product is currently in stock in our warehouse although we try our utmost to ensure it is. Where an item of your order is out of stock we will inform you by email within 48 working hours of your order.

All orders will need to be signed for on delivery.

Should an item sent within the UK not arrive within 28 working days of being sent we will refund or replace the item free of charge. Should an item sent outside the UK not arrive within 35 working days of being sent we will refund or replace the item free of charge.

If orders are returned to us due to no one being available to sign for it, then you will be charged a fee which we incur from our Courier proportional to the size & weight of your package. Additionally, you will be required to pay extra postage and packaging costs on the order before we re-dispatch it to you. If we do not receive payment for this postage within 7 days, your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded for the transaction, less postage and packaging costs and a 25% administration fee.


Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within 2 business days. International orders are generally received in less than 14 days but may take up to 35 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
Credit card security. We know of no documented case of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using thawte 128 bit encryption. Your details are processed when the order is picked therefore if we do not have an item you have ordered in stock we do not need to refund your card. They are not held as clear text on any web site.
Guarantee You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt (unless they are specially arranged bulk orders). We refund the total value of your order, excluding postage and packing within 30 days of cancellation and return of goods.

If you feel your goods are not to the standard you ordered we will refund the value of your order and may refund postage.

If your items are damaged upon receipt we must be notified by email within 24 hours.

We require that any returned goods are sent by registered post at your expense and returned in the same condition within 7 days. (If goods are not sent by registered post, we cannot be held responsible if they do not reach us).

Please ensure that returned goods are well packed to prevent possible injury to postal workers or damage to goods.

Returns Policy You have the right to cancel your order within 7 calendar days of receipt (unless they are specially arranged bulk orders). We will refund the total value of your order less a 5% credit card charge and also excluding postage and packing within 30 days of cancellation and return of goods. Goods received back after 7 calendar days of receipt will only be exchanged for a credit note and not refunded.

If you feel your goods are not to the standard you ordered we will refund the value of your order less 5% credit card charge.

We require that any returned goods are sent by registered post at your expense and returned in the same condition within 7 days. (If goods are not sent by registered post, we cannot be held responsible if they do not reach us).

If you are sent an incorrect item it is still your responsibility to return it which must also happen within 7 days from receipt.

Goods returned to us but not received within 7 days will incur a 5% additional administration charge. If goods are returned to us but not in their original condition (i.e. those that have been worn, washed, tags removed or damaged in any way), we reserve the right to refuse to accept the goods and you will have to pay the postage to have them returned to you.

We will replace or repair (not refund) any goods that fail, excluding those that fail due to fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and those that have failed after lasting a reasonable amount of time. You should email us to arrange a replacement of goods. Once we have agreed to accept those goods, we require that they be returned to us within 7 days, any goods sent after this time will be rejected.
