 Thank you, forces reunited, for the wonderful recent contacts i’ve had with friends from the past through you.
in early october, i heard from joe wade with whom i was in boys’ company rasc in aldershot, 1954-1955.
in mid october, i heard from les mottram with whom i served as an adult in both aldershot and at hq baor 1956-1968.
at october’s end i heard from ex-air formation sigs don munro with whom i served in the british embassy bucharest, 1971-1973.
and to cap it all (should that be: so far?) a week ago i heard from rosemary pink wrac, with whom i’d been friendly when we worked at the war office, berkeley sq., london, in 1962-1963.
friendly seasons greetings indeed, sharing old memories with old friends – you just can’t beat it!
