On retiring after 41 years in air force military uniform, i was at a loss as to how to spend my free time. my granddaughter taught me it and i registered with forces reunited as a full member. listing through the 1842 names who linked to my service profile, i gleaned that there was a few i knew. ron halkett, (my sgt in abingdon, paul kershaw (my trainee 'coffee-getter' at marham), ken cross (my wo at coningsby), colin hawkins (my whist playing friend from akrotiri and oman), and the list goes on. joining forces reunited has revitalised the link with the service and i am proud to pass on the pleasures of forces reunited by re-kindling the ties of a military life to those local ex military friends of mine.
congratulations fr and keep up the good work
