This is to say a big thankyou to your site and all the staff that make it possible, i have only been on it about 4 months and within the first 4 weeks i was contacted by an ex-shipmate who was running the h.m.s. arethusa association.
the cream really came this monday evening when i received an e-mail from frank armitage my best mate for years in the navy together, who i have not been in contact with for about 32 years and tried everything in the book to find.
tuesday evening we where speaking to one another on the phone and are now organiasing aget together with our wives included, i am still getting over the shock!.
thank you-thank you-thank you
i cannot sing your praises high enough.
from one very happy chappie.
