 Tony and myself were both serving at raf st mawgan in cornwall 1957/59 when tony was suddenly posted away whilst i was on leave.
i was browsing through the st mawgan site of forcesreunited when his name suddenly appeared.
considering it is about 47 years since we last seen each other it came as a bit of a shock and i was quite nervous about contacting him but he was delighted to hear from me.
tony emigrated to australia in 1972 and is living in adelaide with his wife kay. like me he has retired.
thanks to forcesreunited we are in contact by both e.mail and telephone talking about the old times. Bob Horton
