I am now an estate manager. The estate is about 100 acres with stables, (3 horses), large manor house with substantial grounds, tennis court, swimming pool, etc, plus a fleet of vehicles. My job is to oversee everything that goes on in the estate and make sure that it looks its best all year round. I have a tied cottage on the estate which is seperate from the main house.

 I joined forces reunited to see if i could contact any old mates, and lo and behold i have had an e mail from an old friend from my time in aden 1958 i had given up hope of finding anyone, we are now corresponding and swapping old photos after 47 years.
this site is very well named.
