Still working part time as a chauffer, suits me down to the ground. Still living in Whitehaven with my partner Pam, and finding plenty of time to go to London Scottish do’s in my capacity as 3rd Battlalion Secretary 1939/45, just a few left now including Dad who will be 93 in December 2011.
We also try to find time to get away with the caravan as often as we can. I reached the tender age of 60 in December 2010.

 Thanks to forces reunited, i have been able to contact a fellow who shared the same billett as i, and i might add, many a good night out, when i was in the raf in germany in 1957-1960, losing contact with him after i was posted back to the uk. i registered on fr and shortly after, brian contacted me. we now correspond on a fairly regular basis, by way of the internet, visiting being out of the question, for now, due to my living in australia. brian was able to bring me up to date on several of the other lads who were in our group. all due to this great site, forces reunited, thanks again. tony sayers.
