Go out once a fortnight with an enabler from Age Concern. Regular visitors and carers keep me in touch with outside world but need to get out there myself.Moving to sheltered flat will more access to shops, cafes etc so hoping to have some social life. I am in my new flat still unpacking,am now living as oppposed to existing , friendly group of people, lots going on and hope to be able to join in more soon.
