Where are you now?:Jack Cooper was my great Uncle/ He died on the 7th September 1944 and is buried in Gradara War Cemertary in Rimini. He was part of that offensive to take Rimini in August/September 1944. His regiment was the Royal Ulster Rifles and I believe he was aprt of the 8th Army although I would like confirmaiton of this. i would love to hear from anyone who knew him and who could tell me what happened to him. He had no children and all his siblings are now deceased - we only found out where he was buried about 4 years ago so have extremely limited info as to what happened to him. After just over a week trying to contact anybody that knew me..a contact. 58 years since leaving army and am quite pleased at the memories that are flooding back with talking to denis. realy thoght that everybody of my era had passed on. denis and i served at the same time in the same sqn. in minden germany...just getting to put things together after all these years. thanks forces united.Frank Mitchell
