I first met up with the boys from RAAF Finningley in 1973/74 - at Aviemore Scotland while they were on holidays there.
I am living in Sydney, Australia now after being a Police Officer in Canberra and I was living in Queanbeyan (near Canberra) after my return from the UK in 1975.

 Tony and i served in the raf both at trade training (raf weeton) and on to schleswig,north germany back in 1956-8.we lost touch when unit closed down because of this website ive now got in touch with him and we are hopefully going to meet up again next month at a veterans parade in the nearby town of todmorden.what did it! my nickname of "frizby"
