Aden 1967 in 1967
written by Chris Edwards

Did it rain, you bet, All the vehicles infront os Steamerpoint Barracks where floating, till you opewned the doors. Did lead to a diving job up at Crater City. Kids jumped into the Wells and could'nt swim so they called out the diving team to recovery the body. First day found one, wrong body, then the had ago at us coming out of Crater, close call. Next day went in with the Marines. Found the second body and got out safely. Quite a posting that was. Would like to hear from anybody who was out there at the end. O/C was a LtCmdr Olsen.

There is nothing worse than breaking down. But if you do, the RAC have more than 1,500 patrols ready to rescue you, whether you are at the shops or on the motorway. They will always try to fix your vehicle at the roadside, but if they cant they will make getting it repaired as painless as possible.
