raf church lawford in 1950

 my dad was w/o len harvey and was stationed at raf church lawford from 1950 to 1955, ican remember living in prefabs.and then returning back to germany. all that is left of the camp now is about two hangers the rifle range, and the gym, which had its lovely parquet floor stolen not to many years ago. the hangers are now used to pack car parts, and the airfield is a sand and gravel pit. |
