kingston surry/mill hill in 1962 written by AUDREY DONOVAN
Travelling from Kingston surrey to Mill hill postal depot each day by coach, stopping at the ace cafe on the way, and the good and bad remarks we got being in uniform.
Changing to permenant nights to make life easier ( i hated shift work).
The 7 girls and 8 royal engineers i worked with, sorting mail and listening to Buddy Holly, Brenda Lee and the
Shadows all night.
.Is there anyone out there remembers.

There is nothing worse than breaking down. But if you do, the RAC have more than 1,500 patrols ready to rescue you, whether you are at the shops or on the motorway. They will always try to fix your vehicle at the roadside, but if they cant they will make getting it repaired as painless as possible.
