Burma campaign Gulunche, near Poona in 1943 written by philip cahill
Is there anyone out there who was a member of the 297/101HAA regiment, who remembers me. I was a driver to the unit.
I am now 93 yrs of age ,and have only just joined the Forces Reunion site. If there is anyone who can remember the camp life, whilst the unit was stationed there, I would like to hear from you, especially Jack Morris of Birmingham and Albert Turner of Colchester Essex, or anyone who has any information on them.

There is nothing worse than breaking down. But if you do, the RAC have more than 1,500 patrols ready to rescue you, whether you are at the shops or on the motorway. They will always try to fix your vehicle at the roadside, but if they cant they will make getting it repaired as painless as possible.
