Soltou tank training area in 1960

Did a demonstration in front of invited N.A.T.O. forces to show the firing and use of Giant Viper mine clearer.
The viper consisted of a hose,like a firemans filled with explosives 200yds
long carried in a trailer towed behind the tank.it was fired by eight rockets
which propelled it,unfortunatly only four rockets ignighted,failing to take off.this then set fire to the trailer,
twenty minutes later it exploded.
Thank god we did it by remote control.
