Im from Rendsburg Germany, on the Kiel Canal. I`ll wonder if I can find anyone who remembers the NAAFI KIEL CLUB in Rendsburg???One of the best NAAFIES in Schleswig Holstein.I met so many good lads who supported me and my family in those days with food etc. I was 11 years of age. There was a RASC UNIT stationed in Neumünster northern Germany. Driving Bred every day to Schleswig, also northern Germany. Supply Dep. In Schleswig the Ltn. in charge was Roger Moore. Young soldier than. Now Sir Roger Moore (007). The RASC Unit had a 70 on green yellowsquare on the right wing of the 3 tio. Bedford. Anyone still arround? Taffy or Ginger? I have a number of photos from that time. Taffy learned me to drive hes 3 to. Bedford and I drove hes truck for weeks and weeks until he got picktup by MP.I would love to tell him how sorry I feel.
