Falklands War -the trip out in 1982 written by Will Evans
Going to war on the Canbara was quite an expiriance as I was on A deck in a 4 man room with shower and a central lounge area just out side which served 8 cabins, in addition, the stewards for this deck had stayed on to help, so that every morning after a run round the promanard deck we would come back to tea and biscuits, the only way to go to war, however we kept having to refuse the offer of a rub down after our shower. |
