Singapore in 1951

 Myself ,Pat Taffee ,andcorporal Masterman getting arrested in Singapore town by redcaps for supposedly getting drunk and starting a riot ,all three of us getting reducedto the ranks,Ah those happy days when we were young and fancy free.
Another time when a gang of "chinese" stole ten of our army trucks and "stripped"them down and sold them as spare parts in singapore what a panic that caused!!
Going swimming at Changi with the girls from Tanglin most weekends among other things. |
