Security excites and exhilarates me, it always has. I wanted to create a company that redefines quality service, creating a rare blend of professionalism and performance into a thoroughly refreshing combination.
And I have...... John Tate
Having joined the Fifth Royal Anglian Infantry in 1982 , seeing service in Iraq in 1991 and various tours of duty in other countries and Regiments, John Tate left the Army in 1994 and went to work training soldiers in survival techniques on the mountains in Wales. He was frequently called upon for consultancy work in the security sector before actually making the move into Private Security. He has worked across all areas of the Security Industry covering aspects such as Close Protection, Threat Analysis, Surveillance Units, Investigative and Undercover Work, Mobile and Static site security and Information gathering to name but a few.
He holds a current SIA Security licence and a SIA Front Line licence, a clear CRB certificate, NASDU Dog Handling, PSS CCTV, DV, SC, CTC, NATO as well as a broad spectrum of relevant NOCN BTEC qualifications.
He is a calm, even tempered person, due to his military background and he is disciplined and conscientious in his work, having the ability to assess a situation quickly and act appropriately. He is aware that when dealing with people in difficult circumstances and stressful situations a measure of tact and diplomacy as well as a polite but assertive nature is required. Equally the use of a more hands on approach is necessary when called for.
My company is based on the belief that my customers’ needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.
