jnr. pirbright digger trench was trained soldier sure it was a squadie named king was killed playing rugby.in1970 passed out i think; after a short spell with regiment in pirbright was posted to windsor if memory serves me we thenwent to belfast 1971 returning backafter xmas same year.after leave i went to thetford i think to help train up .new recruits.
when i returned i voluntered to go to 2 battalion to go londendery; after that i went back to 1 regement in germany after a while we were sent to armagh after that back to germany was demobed in 1974
