CYPRUS NICOSIA in 1958

 Stationed at RAF Nicosia and going down to the Ledra Palace Hotel (Key club)to play drums with a lad from Weymouth (i think) playing bass.We played with a little blonde girl playing piano and singing who had just been entertaining the yanks in Germany. 18yrs of age. Sitting in the kithen passageway(to cool off)in our underwear listening to her on a reel to reel and giving advice on her singing! That little girl did all right! Jackie Trent. |
