Mansergh Barracks1970-1973 in 1970 written by Elaine Hall nee Venn
was with 137 Java bty 40 field regt in the above years. Used to live in mobile homes which were on camp if i remember rightly they were on the right behind the guardroom as you came into camp. my husband was L/bdr Kerry Venn. He was killed in N. Ireland april 1973. I believe there is a plaque to him in the church in mansergh barracks. Does anyone remember the good fun we had watching the rugby matches!!!! Would love to hear from anyone I know its years ago
