RAF Brampton in 1957

 Five of us at RAF Brampton all had a 21st birthday during May/June 1957. We were Ann, June, Dot, Peter and me. We held our party in a meadow by a stream on Thursday 23rd May. A treasure hunt and BBQ was arranged. The Sgt mess cooks supplied the cake and a local butcher the pig. Quite a few of us spent the night in the field getting over the drink. It would be nice if any of the above remember this occasion. |
