EARLY SIXTIES! in 1963

 Going with a section of D.U.K.W.s to Poole, Dorset, to be filmed doing a comical landing, for a MICHAEL BENTINE (ex Goon) programme called "ITS A SQUARE WORLD" on B.B.C. television. The hospitality towards us was second to none! The highlight seeing it shown on television later in the year. One downside the recordings apparently were never stored for future use and therefore lost to history. |
