My memories training with Vickers Machine Guns (Water cooled)and the steam they developed when overheating we had at the time Morris Leaders 15 CWT Trucks with a crew of three, annd the little ditty we sung at the time was to the tune of You Take The Highroad.The lyrics where, YOU TAKE THE TRIPOD AND I,LL TAKE THE GUN AND I,LL BE IN ACTION BEFORE YOU, AND IF NUMBER ONE GETS SHOT THEN I,LL CARRY THE BLINKING LOT, AND I,LL DRAW HIS IRON RATIONS IN THE MORNING |
