HMS Barrosa,...Borneo in 1963

 Known as "mac" joined in 1960..to 1969..able seaman/leading seaman..joined Barrosa April/62.till Oct/63 shipmates..Phil O'donnel, Mac McCulloch,Spud Bailey and many, many more..then drafted to HMS Excellent, HMS Mohawk and eventually left in 1969 as a P.O.from HMS Drake...Tawau was our main base in Borneo and were heavily involved in chasing "pirates"...good runs ashore in Hong Kong,..that was about all as we were the "canteen boat"...between Tawau and Hong Kong |
