Singerapore in 1953

 Although in General Survey Section of the Royal Engineer's,I was station at Tyersall Camp Singapore attacted to the Royal Signal's, I was also in the Royal Signal's Boxing Team althrough my service in Singapopre, we spent many happy evenings down Orchard Road Market eating chappie,s and curries and then onto the Cathy Cinema, after the show a nice walk back to camp,Many evening were spent in the Happy World Parks dancing and then on (The Batter)? if you know what I mean |
