Good morning all - unfortutately Andre Rieu is only on sky Vicky.

I suppose yous have been up and about for ages. I have been up since about 6am and have got lots done so the rest of the day is mine.

Good laundry weather.

The Team GB have really done us all proud.

The organisers of the entire pageant deserve nothing but the highest praise for their efforts. Let the knockers be still.

Hello Harry are you locked in the pantry and cant get out. How are you diddling canny lad wai ai. Lots of good cricket for you to watch although england not doing too well.

Colum you are right we have been up and about for ages. Washing done and ironed, housework done,gardening done and we have just watched Gb women win the rowing. You are right about the organisation as well, good job.

I spoke too soon Vicky - the heavens opened here and its been raining ever since.

Team GB are well up the medal list now - last i looked they were number 5.

Have the pan on now for a fryup - shouldnt really but what the heck i have to use by the use by date haha.

Good evening all from a damp dull overcast ballymena - what more can i say.

4th in the medals list now Vicky.

Did me shopping and lotto. A nice quiet night in with the tele and a few tipples.
