Good morning everyone, at long last we have warm sunshine again.

We are off to the garden centre this morning as I broke one of my bird feeders yesterday and nee to replace it. I shall look at the plants while i am there as a couple of my tubs have not been looking very good,(too much rain).

Ian is going to be down at the creek this afternoon to make preparations for moving his boat to a better mooring at the creek.

We had a great day yesterday with the boys and Leanne.(Jasons girlfriend). Steve is training Jason ready for his fitness test for getting in the Navy. he has to be able to run a mile and a half in 11mins 13 seconds.

Margaret such good news about Amelia. Have a great time with Harry.

Harry have a safe journey.

June good to see a long post from you but do slow down a bit, dont overdo things. I expect it will take a while for your body clock to get back to normal.

Roly we went to the New Forest show and it cost us £18.00 each to get in as pensioners and £16.00 for lunch which was a pork bapand a coke each.

Have a nice day everyone and take care.

Alright Each & All, Well it’s been an other glorious day here in the land of the chosen, Mr Sun has been with us all day.

What started out to be a relatively easy day went ka-blooey when we got a ’phone call from the hozzy...Me Mam had decided to take a header from her bed & they were worried ’cos her leg had turned blue. We charged up there, in a mild but well controlled funk, I must admit the nurses were fantastic they had got the quacks to look at her & weren’t happy with the results so they got another quack to have a squint who ordered an xray & a scan. When we arrived they put us at our ease & gave us all the gen, warts & all, when we went into her ward there was a trainee nurse sitting at her bed side nattering to her & holding her hand & when we left she returned bedside they really are the best.

Mine poor Fuhrer has just started filling out our insurance claim for our Barcelona debacle, it’s a piggin’ mine field. There isn’t any space for the costs incurred with the loss & replacement of our passports or the emergency passsports, which works out as a few of hundred quid. What’s the bet they limbo out most of the claim, ain’t capitalism great only the thieves & the insurance company win.

A situation may be desperate but never serious

Good evening all from a still warm evening but humidity is awful.

My Lisas 32 tomorrow i dont know where the years have gone to - seems like only yesterday i was changing her nappies and winding her.

Its Jason who is going for the navy Vicky my mistake i thought it was Steven - my mistake.  All the very best to him.

Those insurance brokers are worse than thieves Scouse - they do it legally.  Attach a separate sheet of paper with all the sundry expenses you incurred and keep a copy of all correspondence - no need to tell a  scouser that.

Good to see your mum received the necessary treatment so quickly at the hospital.   for Sandy.

No one else around at the moment - will stay on for a wee while.

Some great results for team  GB.

All for now take care Colum.
