Okay Patricia, nothing there to disagree with so when you’re back from shopping,a shower, dressing gown, nice drink of your choice and a good book, a good scratch and then relax.  I’ve heard Fifty Shades of Grey is the latest thing for ladies!

Not that I’m inferring anything in mentioning ’scratch’ -we all do that!

Scratch???
Only men do that darling,  ladies massage the area gently...

50 shades of gray?
I have heard the words mentioned but have no interest in the subject unless one of the Grey’s is coordinated with Scarlet!

Patricia I must say that those who are carried on another’s back do not know how far away the town is.  And as for some MPs, don’t start me off along those lines all they can do is spout hot air.

Ray love,

See Facts of life thread and you will understand my informed opinion of all MP’s...bar none.

I could tell you a lot more stories on that score!!
I like to see them squirm....

Wanting to know

Hi Colin,

What you say is absolutely true and there are many irritating facets to membership here.  For instance I am often asked if I wish to join when trying to add my twopennorth to a debate.  I then simply click on the back arrow, click on add post and get through to post.  Why this happens I don’t know but it is yet another annoying pecadillo of the site.  It has just happened again.

I go on a small dedicated site for my old mob which allows me to attach as many pictures as I wish on one post although they have to be below 40KB.  That’s not a great problem using a decent system.  Here as you know we have to open a new post for every picture which is a nuisance.  That’s why I haven’t posted pictures of our recent Diamond Wedding party.

We were at one time able to PM each other and give our E-mail and/or home addresses so that we may correspond directly but now that is also taboo.   It’s like being at school at times.

One good thing about this site is that it is easy to navigate around unlike others I have been on which are often badly designed and obscure.

TC.

Hhmmm!!!!

I have to resurrect the old adage, folks.

’You pays your money and you takes your chance’ innit?!

(’Innit’ was not part of the original, of course, but I felt it would be quite decorative!).

I use worse sites that cost more and far better sites that are free with infinitely more facilities. I would not have the temerity to suggest that which has been suggested by a member of Admin in the past, regarding what to do if you do not like it here but when all is said and done, that option remains!

I like it here for a number of reasons. High amongst them would be the fact that it keeps me young, given that there cannot be many full members younger than I!!!!!!!!!!

It would be nice to think that I could learn a lot from that situation but I realised, years ago, that this would not be the case when ’perceived’ knowledge  on FR is in far greater evidence than genuine knowledge
Hey! Anything for a loff tho’ ay it!!
