Good morning all on this rather wet day but it looks as if its getting a little brighter so I hope the rain will stop soon.

Yvonne’s not very happy about all the motor way noise which is keeping her awake at night. Cannot say it troubles me at all, it made our journy here very easy. M. Way almost door to door

Back on later when there is more posts to answer.

Morning to all and evening from me. Just coming up to 7pm here and I have just put the phone down after ringing Margaret and waking Amelia.
Good to have a chat to you Margaret and hope that Phil gets a decent result from the hospital which he visits today.
Had a fairly lazy day. Did go out after I had done the washing up and cleared away the dishes. Made sure that the dogs had a bone each to gnaw on while I was gone and took off to Caboolture to the bank and then to get petrol....It is getting damnd expensive for unleaded now. Over $1.50 a litre.
I did have a look in the shops, but decided that the money is better in my pocket than for somethings that I want. I have to remember, I have a away trip in the next six weeks to the Nrth of Queensland for a week, and that will not be cheap.
Came home at 1430 hrs and thought I would take a nap, but ended up chatting to friends on facebook and next thing I knew it was time to feed the dogs their tea and get to town to pick up the mail and buy a loaf of bread. Called into the local for a couple of beers and then home to cook a tea of rice, chicken, capsicum and mushrooms. It was supposed to be a roast chicken and green beans with caulliflower and roast potatoes, but that never happened. I do have a large bar of cadburies Fruit and nut chocolate for afters. What the heck, I have to have a treat occasionally.l
Tomorrow I have an electrician calling in to fix the oven and then a meeting tomorrow afternoon at Maleny RSL So will be fairly busy and then we are into the weekend.........Nothing planned, but they are often the best.
OK. Have a nice day and stay safe.
Hope you had a safe trip to the east Vicky and Ian and that is was not to distressing a trip.

Wall to wall rain and very heavy and more to come.  Drought must be about over.

I dont listen to mike anyway margaret - unless he has somethiong sensible to say haha.  Hope Phil gets good results at the docs.

Roly all your cooking makes me very hungry and harry too no doubt.  Maragaret has left extra scran for the new abode.

Wont be long until amelia is walking margaret if not already/.

I live next to a motorway Hugh but tg no noise is heard.  Lots of houses in between.

Patricia sorry i was out again,  Doing lots of babysitting and help the aged.

I am sure phil will miss his independence with no carf Margaret.

ll for now take care - mind a blank.

Half the world population is Oirish and the other half wish they were. Colum.

Hi Colum its rained here for 24 solid hours and still the wet stuff falling. If it carries on much longer we will be packing our bags and going home. Good job the forecast is for a dry spell over the weekend. Going off the lake district pretty fast every time you park up its £1.80 for an hour £3 for 2. Can’t even pass your ticket onto any one else if you leave early your car reg is punched into the machine and your car film in and out of the car park. Pretty good way to get rid of tourists. The words Rip Off Britain springs to mind.

Thats my little moan for the day back on later if any one else is around.
