I was wondering if anyone had any information about my Grandfather? He was killed in action on 06/04/1944 at Salerno. He married Lavina Lineker, they had two children together, Michael Woolman dob 1941 dod 1941 and my mum Lavina. Archie service was from 1939 till his death in 1944. Can anyone also advise what medals he may have been entitled to, or how I can go about finding out.
