Even though May had cocked up the dates the euro court has kicked his case into touch so quite soon now our dear terrorist friend will be tasting Jordanian justice...the words touch for that hookie spring to mind.
Mrs May has not made a mistake if the dates given are correct. The start date being the 17th., she is correct in saying the three months expire at midnight on the 16th. Reason? There is only one 17th in a month. Just the same as a week - 7 days, will run from Sunday to Saturday night - only one Sunday per week.
If I was a gambling man - which I am not, I would bet that Qatada’s slippery legal eagles manage to get the deportation delayed by launching yet another appeal.
