Extradition

For once the European Court of Human Rights has made the correct decision.

After years of legal argument and appeals, Abu Hamza and five other ’undesirables’ are to be extradited to the USA to stand trial on terrorism charges.

No longer will they be held in comfort at the UK tax payers’ expense.

A decision long overdue.

It would be nice to think that they are now loaded into an armoured transport and on their way to Lakenheath where a military transport plane and sets of chains await them.

Sadly, I fear that the HR Lawyers will still have their snouts in the trough for some time yet and it will be a while before we get to see the back of them and justice finally done.

Alright Rev Rog, They have been given 3 months to appeal to the Grand Chamber of the European Court, very few get to take their case there & even fewer win when they do. It may take a while but they will end up accepting US hospitality at ADX Florence.

A situation may be desperate but never serious

As we are constantly being told by our glorious leaders, the UK is a sovereign country.

So why can we not expel people who come to this country and take part in criminal activity, enter illegally or sponge of our NHS and welfare with no intent of making any contribution to the country, without the permission of a court in France.

So much for sovereignty.

But good riddance!!
