Good morning all on this bright cool day.

Golf today was a matter of keeping the ball low with the strong wind but the water logged ground stopped the ball dead once it landed.

Thankyou Vicky all that will happen I will be placed on the waiting list. I am very fortunate I am in good health and can do almost any thing I want. Scuba divings out but I have had a pretty good innings there.

No sign of Harry must be resting after his journy.

Looks like Roly keeping very active he certainly as an interesting life even if rather hard at times.

Ten more days should see if I have had a forces pension rise. Not heard anything so I expect its been frozen although gossip says 5%. Every little helps.

Come on Colum its time to raid the piggy bank and get a new laptop.

Every one have a good day back on later Bye

Laptop is in for repairbut i dont hold out too much hope.  Like me its old and done haha.

The golf sounds almost as wet as the diving Hugh.  Itll keep you fit and drier days are ahead.

5% pension rise would be good as tesco says every little helps.

All the besat to Phgil Margaret for his appt tomorrow.  That should be best.

Havent too much tpo say for meself.   Must look out a new laptop.  ll for now take care - colum.

Good morning to all the Family

I think I have caught up to myself now after a few days of ’thundering the law down’ and now that I have had some sleeps and sunshine and lots of cuddles from my little Bandit.

All is quiet today and lots of work getting done, timeline Friday or else.

The dishwasher motor is burned out...... so a new one is in the offing when I can get to the Store as I can’t stand on my leg for long, that bloody trolley door on the plane swung out and bashed my injury.
There is quite a hole where it is bruised and disintegrated, so I have to use thick duoderm to grow it all back again.

I have also cut down the aspirin to 500 mgms a day, I could have done with an extra last night though, but i persevered, ....well I opened another bottle of wine, that did the trick.

Tricia did a 6 hour house clean for me Monday and that was only two floors! She did the weeding yesterday as it was sunny and is shampooing the stair, hall and bedroom and laubdry room carpet today. She is a real doll so I gave her a raise.

The weather is a bit dull today AND we had a bit of a shower followed by a few snowflakes but it is warm so it didn’t settle.

Thanks for the shoulder Margaret and Mike thanks for your call too love, don’t worry about me, I think I am indestructable now.
I just put crap in a box and kick it out the door fast and forget it! .

I actually think there are eggshells on my office floor at the moment!

I am playing Scouses music at the moment and enjoying every minute.

My Son will be arriving the 28th April for the weekend before he goes back to Oz instead of the 22nd and going back to Montreal to finish his job. So I will be able to see him off from here.

Have to fit a get together in there somewhere, so I will have move my butt. I will have to organise transportation to collect him at TO and back again on the Monday....  Flying visit alright but I’ll take it.

I am thinking of Phil today and his Dr’s appointment, I really hope this will be the op to give him some relief.......he is such a trooper, like our Jacky, Harry and  Scouses Sandie, nothing stops them.

I must say everyone at the Bury Bash looked absolutely fantastic and well, and it was a joy to see that! missed our Colum

I just hope our Margaret gets a bit of peace and rest from all she has had to put up with for the last couple of years or more ! I shall pray for Phils successful op as we seem to be winning on the op stakes to date.

WelL , I must order brekky now.....as I can’t stand on my leg....

Catch you all later.I will read back on the posts.

love to all

Hi Colum shop around and you should get a good deal for a laptop. Buying a new one will be alot cheaper than repairs in the long run. I was advise to buy a Toshiba they are not the cheapest, but they are well made and reliable.

The golf course was so wet this morning Colum that ducks were swimming on it. Just one more lake to worry about. At least because the ground was so wet when the ball landed there was a big plash so I didn’t have to search for it.

Could do with a pension rise just to pay for parking in the hospital carpark at £3 a time. The amount we have forked out this year would have paid for a good night out. Yvonne’s got at least 2 more visits £6 and I have 1 £3. The price we pay for getting old.

Best of luck for Phil, Margaret.

Looks like the grass is ready for an hair cut but needs to dry out a little first.

Back on later if I can find something to bore you all with
