terp·si·cho·re·an/ˌtərpsikəˈrēən/
Adjective:
Of or relating to dancing: "“the twist” was a revolutionary terpsichorean

Ooooohhhh!!! Said the crowd. I have not invented it but I have misspelled it. ’O’ not ’U’.

Well lads and lasses, I had decided not to renew my subscription this year because all I was reading was arguments amongst members and a bit of back stabbing here and there, people falling out with each other, it was becoming like WW3 among the ranks and as the heading said"If you are bored with this site"then I was, maybe feeling the same way as the person who started this topic and maybe that is the reason why we are losing good(R) good long time members------but FR came up with a way to regain the ranks--they offered me and others(I think) a years membership for a sum of £4;99 so I`m back(did I hear groans amongst the ranks????) --so lads and the fair sex(Not you Scouse!!!) lets get back to more humour, intelligent discussions and being more friendly to each other--ok.

LOVE AND PEACE TO YOU ALL

PS.

Funny how you never see us ex Navy lads falling out on FR----WHY----because we are a friendly bunch,do anything for anyone and we stick up for each other--
Is`nt that right Arthur

Dave, I have noticed the same thing myself.
Is it because the confined living spaces endured for days/weeks/months at a time forced us to be tolerant and understanding of others idiosyncrasies and irritations and we carried these traits into civvy life?

Serious arguments onboard were rare and would usually disappear after a few cans (I’m just a lad who missed out on the tot  ), when the participants forgot what they were arguing about.

Anybody got a better theory?
