Reminds me when we were all ashore in the Highlands doing the business with the seaboots (wellies) and I became aware that there was something amiss. I turned round and all the others were laughing at me. When I asked the killick stoker what they were laughing at he said, "You’ve got the ugly one!"

Only changed when I got married now she’s got the ugly one!

WRT ticks you just cut the corner off a Miranda Scotch pie bag and use that for the offending part.

THEY TOLD ME TO SAY IT.................CHIEF

Hhhmmm!!!

Of course, we do not have a tick problem down here in the cradle of civilisation. If a sheep showed itself in this manor, squire, it would be in a curry before it could bleat; three bags full.

Damnant quod non intellegunt.

Silly maybe, but good fun.
Despite the barbed hooks being thrown.

If you’re bored with this site...

Well, well!  Could it be that Colin has inadvertently started a funny thread which is also a serious one if you care to think about it?

A few musings running around my bonce are :- plagiarising Harry Hill’s TV Burp - Which is better; a camel or a sheep?  There’s only one way to find out - F I G H T!!!!!!!!.

Irony and sarcasm are not the same Colum.  A situation may be ironic but it can never be sarcastic.  Thought I’d drop that in although MP has already covered it along with others.

Welcome back George Runacus.     Lovely to hear from you again George and well done for your memory.  Blow me down if I hadn’t almost forgotten about being dubbed Prime Minister by none other than our old friend Roger the Reverend Gentleman.

We did indeed publish a list one time of those we deemed would fill certain positions in Government and I recall appointing Roger to the post of Archbishop of Canterbury as a thank you.   Damned if I can remember who else was in my Cabinet - must be a sign of erm, erm, something or other I suppose.  Anyone still posting from those days who remembers their role please let us know.

The site has become less than it was in my opinion because in former days we had discussions on many subjects, Space Exploration, U.F.O.s, Science, Medicine and all manner of others which were generally debated.  The operative word being debated.  Ah well, such is life.

In conclusion this is the end of this post.

If you think that that line is humorous please let me know.  If not kindly keep your own counsel - I can’t afford to pay for anyone else.

TC.
