JD, it was a reference to an NZ statue of Robbie Burns that had the head knocked off by some idiot.
And reference to our lovely sheep being left alone while this act of vandalism was being carried out.
I took it in good humour but I felt compelled to tell Jacky that it’s the sheep that chase the men here, and we were grateful for being briefly left alone. But someone else did not take it in good humour and replied harshly.
Meanwhile it’s been a nice warm day here, went for a swim and after lunch done some long overdue weed spraying.
Breakfasted on boiled eggs and only just managed soldiers, still on soft food. Maybe try bacon in a couple of days.
Ahh, the subject of cheese. Love the stuff, all types. Feta in Med’ salads, Camembert, Blue vein, stilton, cheddar, mozerella, parmesan, cottage, cream, etc, etc. The smellier the better because no one else wants any so it’s all for me
Haven’t felt the ground move for some time now, fingers crossed.
